Creamy Ranch Pasta Salad
1 lb mini shell pasta
1 crown chopped broccoli
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 package pepperoni (quartered)
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 cup + Ranch Dressing
Cook pasta, rinse w/ cold water.
All I have to say is this post it note thing is the best idea ever! I'm so going to try this one too! Yum!

ReplyDeleteThis salad was very bland. If I were to make it again I would substitue the monteray cheese for cheddar and add tomatoes.
