Meatball Grinders...easiest dinner ever.
12 meatballs, frozen or homemade are fine
1 jar of sauce (Mids 32oz meat sauce is great!)
4 hoagie style rolls (I used Martin's)
4 slices smoked provolone cheese slices
grated Parmesan cheese
Cook either frozen or homemade meatballs. (Mine are homemade...simmered in the crockpot in a jar of sauce). Toast the hoagie rolls at 350 for 4 minutes. Load 3-4 meatballs onto each of the rolls. Top with sauce then break the provolone cheese in half, top the meatballs with the cheese. Return to oven, cook for 7-8 minutes.
Serve with a salad. Holy yum!
Yummy! These looks so good!
