Vine. If you haven't heard of it yet, you surely will sometime soon. It's a sweet little app put out by Twitter. Basically you record a six second clip video and post it on Vine. They had a little porn hiccup the other day, but I think that's been sorted out. There's still porn on there...so I wouldn't let the kids run off with my phone just yet. And seriously wouldn't do a search for anything shady, either. Unless you feel the need to bleach your eyes and scoop out your brain afterwards.
I've used it a number of times, although more often than not, when I take the time to lay down a vine, the app won't post it. More than once in the five days since I've installed it, when I've made my most awesome vine ever, it won't post and I've either got to start over again or cry silently and curse technology while banging my head against the wall. I have been resorting to the latter.
So, to Vine or not to Vine? That's up to you. It can be fun and creative and make you feel as if you may be up for an Oscar in less than a minute or it can crush your dreams and take your time with it. I still like it. A lot.
